Merenval collects business-contact information from owners who qualify, book a conversation, or write in: name, work email, business name, state, optional mobile, and the answers on the qualify path. That record is stored in our first-party lead store and, when the CRM is connected, in a GoHighLevel Growth sub-account used only for partnership sales.
We keep UTM parameters, landing path, and referrer with a form submit so we know which page produced the lead. We do not keystroke-capture form fields. We do not run Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or other advertising pixels on this site. We do not run session replay (PostHog, FullStory, Hotjar, Clarity).
Page-path events on the business site are sent first-party to Cloudflare so we can see which pages work. Patient, login, and legal routes are excluded. Cloudflare Web Analytics, if enabled at the zone, is cookie-less and does not store personal information.
Patient health information, when the product is live, is handled under a separate notice of privacy practices and business associate agreements. Do not paste clinical details into these forms. SMS is sent only if you check the box on the booking form.
This marketing site does not sell personal information. To ask for deletion of a partnership lead, use the contact form as an owner, not as a patient.
