How a Merenval partner program works

Merenval does not practice medicine. Independent licensed clinicians make clinical decisions. The partner sells their own program. The patient completes intake. An independent clinician reviews. A licensed pharmacy ships only if a prescription is written. That split is the product.

See if you qualify

How does a partner get on Merenval?

The owner qualifies: they own the practice and have 100 or more active clients. Then MSA, BAA, and program rules. No one sells medicine they cannot support.

Who sells the program to the patient?

The partner. Name, price, coaching, and packaging stay local. Medical access sits inside that offer, not under a national telehealth brand.

What happens at intake?

History, consents, photos if required, identity. Incomplete files do not reach a clinician.

Who reviews the file?

An independent licensed clinician. Approve, deny, or request more. Partners cannot override a clinical decision. Merenval does not practice medicine.

Who ships medication?

A licensed pharmacy, and only if a prescription is written. Patient-specific. Shipped to the patient. Status returns to the partner portal.

Who answers patient questions?

Support triages administrative vs medical. Medical goes back to the prescriber. The partner is not the doctor.
